CARE is a ministry that assists people of all ages with career development by helping to bring about an awareness of personal responsibility for employment and the self-directed job search, assisting in reviewing career options, skill assessment, and realistic goal setting, offering essential job search techniques to identify strong points to be able to market correctly, reviewing personal presentation skills to enhance appearance, communications, application and resume completion, as well as interview and follow-up techniques. CARE offers free quarterly seminars on the following topics: Personality Assessments, Resume and Cover Letter Preparation, FEAR and the job search, Interview Skills, Compensation, Networking and other pertinent topics.
